Returns
Unopened & Unused Zap glues are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can contact us at 630-584-7616 ext 1, if you have any issues with your glues and would like to make a return. Returns can be sent to:

Shipping
Zap products are shipped FOB Destination. The shipper shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense associated in any way with any failure to deliver. Therefore, any package in route are the responsibility of the receiver.
- All order over $100.00 must be shipped via FedEx
- Orders under $100.00 can be shipped via the US Postal Service or FedEx
If you choose to ship a package via the US Postal Service, please understand that the advertised “2-Day Priority” does not necessarily mean that your package will arrive within 2 days. Your package may take up to 15 days to deliver.
For our Canadian shipping customer’s, we do not allow US Postal Service shipping. All packages must be shipped via FedEx. Please also understand that the tracking information provided by FedEx is only an estimated ship date and is not guaranteed.
