For large or long seams apply small drops 1/4 to 1/2 inches apart, one side only, along the entire seam, then join parts. Be careful to keep your fingers away from the glued joints until cured, this glue will bond your skin instantly to your model. For bonding chrome parts, scrape the chrome off of the bonding areas then apply the glue to one side only. If you want to use ZIP KICKER, apply very small amounts with a fine brush or tooth pick. You do not need to apply kicker to the entire joint. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.
Uses: POLY-ZAP is a specialty CA adhesive developed for use on today’s newer plastics such as lexan and delrin. Lexan is one of the more difficult plastics to bond, and POLY-ZAP was developed to solve that problem. POLY-ZAP also works with delrin, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene, nylon, starboard (marine board HDPE) and most acrylics. It works on may types of films and painted surfaces.

If you want to use ZIP KICKER, apply very small amounts with a fine brush or tooth pick. You do not need to apply kicker to the entire joint. When repairing fiberglass, spread POLY ZAP evenly over the entire area and let cure. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.

Dental: Articulators, pins, bases and repairing models are all places where Zap-A-Gap shines. The medium viscosity does not run all over the model, while still giving excellent glue penetration in to gypsum models. Plastic articulators can be very difficult to bond, just a couple of drops of Zap-A-Gap will make sure that the model holds up for your client. Pairing the Zap-A-Gap with Zip kicker will move the case along ultra fast for quick turn arounds.
Helpful Hints: A little goes a long way! More glue doesn’t always mean a stronger joint. Only apply enough glue to evenly coat the area to be bonded when the parts are joined. Many times glue needs to be applied only to one part. Working or positioning time will vary depending on the material. Even though ZAP-A-GAP CA+ is a gap filling formula, some of it will wick into porous materials. For porous products you may have to apply more glue to get the strongest bond, it would be best to try bonding some test pieces to determine the proper amount. For modeling applications where a small fillet is desirable, bond the parts and let the glue set, then go back and create the fillet, use kicker to immediately set the glue. For critical applications test sample joints for the designed strength requirements.
ZAP CA Is the thinnest CA in the ZAP product line. The penetrating or wicking ability of this glue makes it a favorite of glue users throughout the world.
HOBBY: Balsa wood is bonded almost instantaneously, with the glue sometimes traveling several inches into the parts. The consistent performance and strength of the glue is what sets it apart from other brands. This product is also widely used throughout the hobby industry; the thin formula allows the glue to go where most cannot.
CRAFTERS: Crafts include; jewelry manufacturing and repair love this glue to get behind jewels and other jewelry acescents that have a very tight fight.

ZAP GEL Is the thickest and strongest CA glue available. The tube comes with a long tapered tip allowing precise application of just the right amount of CA. From small pin point drops to the ability to lay down a bead of glue makes it very popular for many different hobbies and industries.
Hobby and Craft: The role playing gaming industry uses It for gluing pewter and plastic figures of all sizes. Jewelry makers like the high strength and the ability to apply just the right amount. Model builders also like the high strength features and use it for servo mounts, laminating, gluing plywood, anywhere a fast curing high strength joint is needed.
Outdoor Enthusiasts: Fly tiers and custom lure manufactures like ZAP GEL because it stays where they want it.
Woodworking: Great for a clamp-less fixture in furniture and door / window manufacturing. Great for adhering chair rails and crown molding without nails and nail holes. Use a card to spread the Zap Gel into knots and holes for a quick filler.
Dental: Use Zap gel to adhere stone models to articulators. Consider using Zap gel for repairs such as a stone to stone application. The super thick viscosity will not wick into the stone.
Helpful Hints: ZAP GEL has the maximum gap filling formula, it will fill open pockets in porous woods and materials with one application. To speed the cure time ZIP KICKER may be sprayed on the joint after the glue has been applied. When forming a fillet or filling a large gap spray ZIP KICKER directly on the glue, it will start to harden immediately first forming a hard outer shell with the inside curing at a slower rate creating an extremely strong bond. When using on fiberglass cloth or fabric spread it across the material with an old playing card, business card, or a soft plastic spreader. The curing time will vary depending on the thickness of the glue. When spread out thinly it will cure much faster than a thick bead. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.
USES: ZAP GOO bonds wood to fiberglass, metal to wood, plastic to metal, just about anything to anything with a strong flexible bond. ZAP GOO is an excellent adhesive for today's high tech composite airplane, boat, and car hobby products, and great for all of those fix-it, mend-it, seal-it, and stick-it jobs around the house. The excellent shock resistant flexible bond means your parts will stay put even when subject to high vibration and extreme shocks. ZAP GOO and its ability it stick various materials together makes it great for craft work including wood, clay, plaster, glass, and fabrics.
SEALANT: Zap Goo makes a wonderful sealant as it has many of the same qualities as a silicone. The benefit of using Zap Goo is that it is an adhesive and will help keeps parts together and watertight.
Helpful Hints: ZAP GOO takes 24 hours to full cure and reach maximum strength. All parts to be glued should be clean and dry. Apply GOO to both parts, assemble and pull parts apart several times to make the Goo stringy. Then, clamp or set aside to dry, do not disturb the bonded joint until dry. When applying GOO, a slight hesitation in pulling the tube away from the glue will prevent stringing. For disassembly, ZAP GOO bonds can be cut with a razor knife.
